Welcome to MaxAngel.com. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products at reasonable prices. However, in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have simplified the return process.

How to cancel an order after payment?
1. If you have already paid for the order and want to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are allowed to be cancelled before delivery.
2. If the package has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change the order.
3. If you want to cancel an existing order because you want to add other products, you don't need to cancel the entire order. Just contact us and we will process the updated order; this service usually does not charge extra. Generally, if your order is early in the processing stage, you can still change, cancel the order, or request a refund.
Note: If you find that there is a problem and need to change or cancel the order after the order is successfully placed, please contact us immediately via email [email protected]m, so as not to cause you trouble.

How to return?
1. We recommend that you check the items when you arrive on the day of delivery. In the unlikely event that the product you purchased is damaged or malfunctions, please contact us immediately and one of our customer service representatives will help you. You may need to provide us with the specific reason for the return, order number, logistics number, etc. and send us the damaged picture for further evaluation.
2. If we reasonably believe that the quality of the product is unacceptable due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abnormal use or failure to take reasonable care after delivery to you, we will not refund or replace the product.
3. Please do not try to return the item before talking to one of our customer service representatives. If you do this, you may have to bear any related costs.
4. After MaxAngel evaluates and approves the damage, our customer service representative will contact you for the return process.
How to return a product for a refund?
1. You can return the goods within 15 days after delivery; we will provide a refund or exchange.
2. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. If you have assembled your items and removed the packaging materials, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
3. If your product is damaged or broken when it arrives, please send clear photos and good lighting for each affected product to help us. We will resend a new package or give a full refund.
4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returning/exchanging goods. This includes product returns due to buyers choosing the wrong size/color or because they don’t like the item (no product defect). If the product has quality problems, we will bear the return shipping costs.
5. There is no additional handling fee for returns and exchanges.
6. The refund will be completed within 3 working days after we receive the returned package.
Note: Please do not send your return to the sender address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect your return processing. If you want to return or exchange the goods, please contact our customer service first. We will try our best to help you and provide you with return details (name, address, etc.).

Under what circumstances can a product be exchanged or returned?
Quality issues:
If you find a major defect in any item, you must return the item to us in the same condition as when it was sent within 15 days of receiving the product. Although we will carefully inspect all products for obvious defects and damages before shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the products when they arrive to ensure that they have no defects or problems. No refund will be given for goods damaged due to customer negligence or goods without a label.
Wrong delivery:
If the purchased product does not match the ordered product, we will replace your product. For example, it is not the color you ordered, or the product you received does not match the style you ordered.

Refund
1. The refund will be processed within 3 working days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. If your package has not been sent but you want a refund, the refund will be processed within 3 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.
